Hi, I’m Ellen Jaffe Jones and I am so excited to introduce you to my innovative new program, Fitness Without Tears. FWT is the culmination of what I have learned over the years as an author, fitness trainer, running coach, and, most significantly, avid athlete who wants to avoid injury and continue to remain active and high-achieving in my senior years. My personal story is not one of someone who was raised to be fitness-minded but seeing illness and premature death in my family of origin inspired me to want to be as healthy as possible. As a former investigative journalist, my research skills helped me to discover the healing and restorative power of a plant-based diet and also learn strategies for avoiding injury.
FWT is developed so anyone - seniors, young people, people with old injuries, and on and on can reach their fitness goals without pain, using motivation and science-backed research to support clients, not quick (but futile) fixes or shaming.
